Inspirational Speech - Gratitude

Inspirational Wednesday is presenting you with a speech talking about gratitude. Speaker, Louie Schwartzberg is an award-winning cinematographer, director and producer who in a simple manner demonstrates how ungrateful we are in this very moment which we are living in. Having your eyes open is one thing but being consciously awake is another story.

Louie illustratively presents to us that nature’s beauties in this life aren't captured. People’s troubled minds prevent them from observing this, but if they did take a break from their troubled minds to observe such things they would not feel so troubled.

To be able to appreciate this moment which we have been given we need to be aware of it. Our minds are clouded by past and future thoughts distracting us from being alert in this present moment. Unfortunately we take each day for granted and it is not seen as a gift to be able to do the things that make us happy.

When have you stopped to think and appreciate the moment which you are living in, appreciate the person who is with you in that moment, appreciate the environment around you in that very moment? Very few of us do this, but could you imagine if we developed this attitude, we would feel more content.

You will find this speech refreshing and uplifting, reminding you to be more thankful for each today.
